Lance Phillips

Lance has been a full time real estate agent since 1983 and is the former manager of the Macdonald Realty office in West Vancouver. He is a Master Medallion Club Member of the Real Estate Board with a UBC Diploma for Agent 9.15 designation. He also has a project marketing diploma from the B.C. Real Estate Association. He is a past Divisional President of the West Vancouver Branch of the Real Estate Board, Past Director of the Real Estate Board and is currently a member of the Arbitration Committee for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Lance is knowledgeable and articulate in both residential and commercial sales and is trusted in the real estate industry by both colleagues and clients.

Lance has been a North Shore resident since 1976 and has been married since 1987 with two children. He has always been actively involved in the community; former cub leader and soccer/basketball/baseball coach for both kids' teams, plus consistent sponsor of the Handsworth Football and Basketball programs. Lance is an avid biker & runner, having completed the Test of Metal bike competition three times and run five marathons, plus various half marathons. He has also completed the 206 mile Seattle to Portland bike event as well as the Ride to Conquer Cancer Vancouver to Seattle event. Ouch.

Lainey Drake

Lainey is our "can't do without, behind the scenes" Administrative Assistant. She handles Lance's numerous and random requests with grace and dignity and a minimum of eye rolling. When you call our office, you will more often than not be greeted with Lainey's voice. She handles all the administrative tasks (hence, her title), so that Lance can concentrate on the most important aspect of the business - our clients.

Wendy Phillips

Lance's wife, Wendy, has been a full time realtor since 2005. After a variety of related vocations, plus running her own business, she worked behind the scenes of Lance's over 20 year real estate business and went on to obtain her license as well. Having been a former Mortgage Broker for Scotiabank, Montreal Trust and North West Trust, plus a Commercial Property Manager for Sun Life of Canada, Wendy offers a well rounded skill set when helping their clients find their perfect real estate fit. She and Lainey now both work alongside Lance and have created a new website and service which specializes in North Van condo sales; www.northvancondo.com.
