Lance Phillips

Lance has been a full time real estate agent since 1983 and is licensed with Prudential Sussex Realty. He is a Master Medallion President's Club Member of the Real Estate Board (top 1% member of REBGV) with a UBC Diploma for Agent 9.15 designation. He also has a project marketing diploma from the B.C. Real Estate Association. He is a past Divisional President of the West Vancouver Branch of the Real Estate Board, Past Director of the Real Estate Board and is currently a member of the Arbitration Committee for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Lance is knowledgeable and articulate in both residential and commercial sales and is trusted in the real estate industry by both colleagues and clients.

Lance has been a North Shore resident since 1976 and has been married since 1987 with two children. A former soccer, basketball and baseball coach for his son’s and daughter’s organized sports teams, he attended the University of Victoria, completing in 1981. Lance is an active guy; he completed the Test of Metal bike competition four times, ran six marathons, completed both the Seattle to Portland bike event and the Ride to Conquer Cancer Vancouver to Seattle event.

Lainey Drake

Lainey is our "can't do without, behind the scenes" Administrative Assistant. She handles Lance's numerous and random requests with grace and dignity and a minimum of eye rolling. When you call our office, you will more often than not be greeted with Lainey's voice. She handles all the administrative tasks (hence, her title), so that Lance can concentrate on the most important aspect of the business - our clients.

  Isabella Bateson

Isabella comes to Lance Phillips Personal Real Estate Corporation having had a successful private piano practice on the North Shore for nearly 30 years. She has a wealth of experience working with people from all age groups and has enjoyed every moment of it. Her most senior student being an inspirational 91 years young!

Isabella is Lance’s Listing Coordinator - she coordinates showings with our sellers, hosts open houses, attends inspections and showings as well as taking care of other details that require attention when Lance finds he can’t be in two places at once.

Wendy Phillips

Lance's wife, Wendy, has been a full-time realtor since 2005 and Lance's full-time wife since 1987. After a variety of related vocations, plus running her own business, she starting working behind the scenes of Lance's real estate business after "suggesting" he needed some help and also obtained her license as well. Having been a former Mortgage Broker for Scotiabank, Montreal Trust and North West Trust, plus a Commercial Property Manager for Sun Life of Canada, Wendy offers a well rounded skill set when helping their clients find their perfect real estate fit. Wendy is the "woman behind the man" and manages two websites and services which specialize in North & West Van condo purchase and sales; www.northvancondo.com and www.westvancondo.com, to be aligned with Lance's residential portfolio. She is also the brains behind www.operationgiftbasket.com, an effort to take unused, unoperned toiletries and make them into beautiful baskets at Christmas for various North Shore and Vancouver shelters and recovery houses.
